If product is damaged upon arrival, please email me immediately, with pictures, & I will assess & do what I can to replace it. (situations/products/stock availability may vary)

Yes!! I already have automatic prices set for the countries listed below:

PLEASE NOTE (before placing order): 

Due to the high risk/price of shipping Internationally, once the package leaves the U.S. I am NO LONGER liable to replace lost or confiscated polishes.... Damages NEED to be submitted to me within 24 hours of receipt of package, with photos & I will do all that I can to replace or refund affected polish(es)!!

*How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow me 1-4 days to have your order processed & shipped! 

**UNLESS you ordered a CUSTOM polish!!! Custom polishes MAY require up to 3 weeks for processing!!**

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping can usually take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.

*Is your product 3-free/5-free?

All of my polishes are 5-free & cruelty free!! :) Please see my "ingredients list" tab for a full list of ingredients.

*The item I want is sold out, when will you be restocking it?

I will try my best to keep all polishes stocked. If you would like to keep up on any & all restock information, new product(s), discount codes, etc. please follow my Instagram.

*How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

My store's checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Creative Cuticles has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as the PayPal payment processors. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
